Book with us! How to reserve services for your wedding day?
To reserve services for your wedding day, a signed contract and 50% deposit is require. The deposit amount is 50% of the total including any services for your bridal party. The deposit is accepted in cash Venmo, PayPal, or by check.
Please be advised that dates are not secured until a signed contract and a deposit are place. Notification of other inquiries for the same date will not be given. A timeline must be in place before a contract is created and it is ideal to have at least a three-hour time frame depending on how large the bridal party is.
Services on the contract are guaranteed services and any changes made less than 30 days from the wedding date are subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Services can not be subtracted once a deposit and contract are in place.
WHEN TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE?
The remaining balance will be due two weeks from the wedding date. A check can be sent to Lela Nguyen’s studio, 654 Clement St. Apt A. San Francisco, CA 94118. Cash can also be used to pay for the remaining balance. Please check with us prior to sending a payment. Other options may be available.
All services do not include gratuity for the artist(s). The gratuity can be paid on the day of or included in the remaining payment. Parties of 6 or more will have an 18% automatic gratuity added to total bill.
WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
For any reason the date is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited. You may add services at any time up to the appointment date, if time allows for the hair and makeup artist(s). Services may not be subtracted once a deposit is received.
